Not for the faint of heart
I managed to get a pitcher of water and some glasses in the room, but that was about it. The bellman was nice, but he wasn’t much help carrying our bags after 10am when he clocked out, so we did a lot of heavy lifting ourselves.
It was not cheap but still acceptable.

The rooftop terrace views blew me away! The charming architecture made it feel like a little piece of history. Only downside was the water pressure was a bit low. 😊

i had such high hopes for this place, but it just fell short. no AC left me sweating, while the lumpy pillows were agonizing. honestly, where's my complimentary bottle of water or even a coffee maker? i almost considered a good review, but with these blatant oversights, i just couldn’t.

The hotel boasts a stunning colonial design that really captures the essence of old Mexico. Walking into the courtyard felt like stepping back in time with its intricate details and charming ambiance. My room, which had two queen beds, was spacious and provided ample space to unwind. The standing fan was a nice touch, offering some white noise during the night. I loved how the staff made an effort to refresh the room while we were out during the day. The evenings were surprisingly quiet, allowing for peaceful rest. However, one downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room quite warm during our stay, especially in the summer heat. I didn't try the restaurant, so I can't comment on the food. Overall, the hotel location is perfect for exploring Taxco, and the rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The courtyard is charming and perfect for kids to run around, while we loved the rooftop views for some downtime. The breakfast at the nearby café was delicious, especially the pancakes!
My wife says that the lack of some charging outlets was inconvenient for our devices.

Los Arcos offers a beautiful ambiance with its historic hacienda style and stunning terrace views. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the main square. The attentive staff made my stay enjoyable. for instance, one receptionist went out of her way to remind me of a time change that I might have missed. The quality of the water pressure and hot water was exceptional, enhancing my comfort during the stay.
The lack of A/C made the room uncomfortably warm.
